The Reset is a week of gentle recalibration in the heart of Mallorca, where beauty, silence, and soul-reflection create space for clarity. This is not a bootcamp. It’s not a schedule-packed getaway. It’s an intentional pause—a conscious exhale for anyone living on autopilot.

You’ll move your body in nourishing ways. You’ll eat food that energizes, not overwhelms. You’ll explore both nature and inner landscapes—walking quiet trails and journaling truths you forgot you knew.

Day 4 – Reset
